Excerpt from a letter from Myriam Verlaet-Delflandre
Cours-Saint-Étienne, Belgium, September 18, 2001

In April 2001, I had many small health problems that were ruining my life: chronic sinusitis, leg pain due to varicose veins that really hurt when the weather got hot, periarthritis in the left shoulder, and rheumatism left over from the Lyme disease I contracted in the summer of 2000.

After your conference, I didn't hesitate to sign up for the course that started on the Monday. On Monday, I couldn't sit on my heels. On Tuesday, I went a little lower, and on Wednesday... Hurray! I could do it!

After the third day of the course, I got up in the morning without having to take the homeopathic medication that I had to take practically every day for years, for sinusitis. That day, I didn't have a headache.

Today I continue to stretch every day: no more sinusitis, no more periarthritis, and no more leg pains, even during the hottest days of summer.
