Excerpt from a letter by José Barbée

In the first e-mail I sent you, I had already observed greater progress. But I did not talk about it at the time because I wanted to be certain of the long term results.

At the beginning of November, I noticed that my blood pressure was falling and staying at a level that I hadn't seen in a long time.

I own a blood pressure tester which allows me to test my pressure whenever I wish.
It was in 1983 that I began taking a pill every day. At the beginning of that year, I had a maximum of 19 and a minimum of 10,5. With one pill a day of Motens 4 mg, my pressure went down to 13 / 8 for a few years.

In 1992 I had to start taking two pills a day. In August 2001, my two pills were no longer enough and the cardiologist intended to change them for something stronger.

At the beginning of November 2001, my pressure was at 11,5 and a minimum of 7. In agreement with my cardiologist I reduced my medicine to one pill a day, and since that date my pressure has stabilized at +/- 13 / 8, thanks to the stretching that I practice every day.

I ask you to report these facts on your Web site and I give you permission, should the occasion arise, to give out my address and phone number, if skeptics need convincing.
