Excerpt from a letter from Christian Ameye

I want to tell you how well I feel from doing the stretching exercises daily. I've been doing them every evening since May 17, even on the plane to Chili.

I suffer from spondylolysis -- a worn disk in the lumbar region and a vertebra displaced 10 cm.
- I can drive again without discomfort.
- I don't wake up at night anymore with violent cramps in the calves.
- I no longer experience unpleasant tension in my lower back during sexual intercourse.
- My evenings are much more active since I'm not overwhelmed by exhaustion, as I was in the past.
- My digestion is much improved.
- I have practically no more back pain during the day.
- I sleep better, without the physical tension that I used to have.

I sent a videotape to my daughter, Valérie, who lives in Switzerland. She told me how she felt better after just one session. She also suffers from spondylolysis and bloating. She wasn't feeling well that day and was upset because she was supposed to spend the evening celebrating with her husband. Just this one session of stretching changed her whole day.
