7 years ago I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Since then, my physical capabilities have gradually deteriorated. Presently, I've kept enough mobility to walk short distances.

For more than a year now I have been doing your 15 stretching exercises every day.

My flexibility has greatly improved. I continue to make progress and flexibility is not the only positive impact of your program.

Here then are the other repercussions, considering the state of my health:

Relaxation: the exercises help me relax and fall asleep easily at night, or even when I wake up in the middle of the night with insomnia.

On waking: some mornings my body is very stiff. When I do the exercises at this time of the day, it really helps me become mobile again (about 2 hours faster than before).

Mobility : in general, I am more mobile because my body is more flexible and more supple.

Excerpt from a letter from F. Swinnen

I have multiple sclerosis. After five stretching sessions, I noticed an improvement. It's now easier to get up in the morning. I regained some balance and stability when moving around. I can walk again without limping.
