Excerpt from a letter from Françoise
Charron It's not just my muscles and my tendons that feel better. I allow myself the luxury of doing all the 30 exercises every day. It takes one hour, but the benefits are proportional. I feel more joyful and have so much energy, like a second wind. I do my exercises around 4:00 p.m., after my day's work. When I'm finished, I feel like new. Stretching being the only thing that's changed in my life lately, it must be the reason for my good mood and energy, better sleep and the complete disappearance of my headaches! Thank you for giving me the means to achieve greater autonomy in terms of my health. Because of you, I can now stay in good health without spending a fortune and without depending on anybody else. |
