For many years now I've been suffering from fybromyalgia.
I was worried by my poor health and didn't know where to turn to for help,
all the more because the doctors admitted they couldn't cure it. Even
heavy medication, muscular injections and physiotherapy treatments couldn't
relieve me anymore. By doing these exercises [stretching] every day, my health
keeps improving. With the stretching exercises, I can really feel my limits;
I move gently AND IN SUPPLENESS, going just far enough, doing no more
or less than what I need. |
