Frappier, After turning 40, I started having a hard time with my ankles. Whenever I would sit down for a while, I would limp when I got back up to walk. Since I started doing the stretching exercises, especially the ones for the ankles, I don't limp anymore. I noticed the difference right away. With all the exercises, I am now a lot more flexible and generally in better shape. It's important at 43. I continue to do them every day. |
